Michael's cause of death was due to lethal dose of 'Propofol' ," according to the search warrant affidavit. The other drugs detected in his system were lorazepam, Midazolam, Diazepam, Ephedrine etc..
Murray blatantly lied- he only left Michael for mere 10 minutes to use the rest room. In reality, Murray's cellular telephone records show Murray was on the telephone with 3 separate callers for approximately 47 minutes starting at 11:18 a.m. until 12:05 p.m., according to the court documents which cited the doctor's phone records.
Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the affidavit," the statement said- "Dr. Murray never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11:00 a.m. not breathing. He also never said that he waited a mere 10 minutes before leaving to make several phone calls. In fact, Dr. Murray never said that he left Michael Jackson's room to make phone calls at all."
When he entered the room and found Michael not breathing, he performed ineffectual CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on Michael, on the soft bed, using only one hand. CPR cannot be successful if not performed on a flat surface. Later, Murray alleged he did not know how to ever perform CPR, which is impossible for a 'Cardiologist'. However, he did not call 911 immediately, because he alleged he could not find a landline and he did not remember the street’s name. Murray went to Michael’s house every day for 60 days in a row. How the doctor could not know even the street’s name? When the paramedics arrived, he falsified that he had only gave Jackson a "small amount of lorazepam", a sedative. Later, he falsified that he had administered 25mL of anesthetic Propofol merely.Murray injected another drug, flumazenil, which he alleged to had injected to offset the sedatives already circulating in Jackson's body. Experts & investigators researched- Murray's use of this additional drug had actually exacerbated the problems 'Propofol' had caused.
However, according to the toxicology report, the amount of Propofol in Michael’s blood was lethal, especially combined with benzodiazepines outside of a hospital, without respiratory or rescussitation equipment and leaving the patient alone for 47 minutes is medical abandonment. Which resulted in death due to respiratory failure and cardiac arythmia resulting in cardiac arrest.
When the Paramedics got to Michael’s house within 5 minutes of a call coming in to the emergency services from one of his bodyguards, they found Michael cold and lifeless, very thin, prone with dry eyes and dilated pupils.
If Murray, who's a professional cardiologist, had any trace of intention to let Michael alive, he would restart Michael's heart by performing forcible CPR, albeit he intoxicated Michael with deadly dose of "Propofol" deliberately.]
